My passion is bicycle touring. From 1980 to 2001 I made 52 long-distance bicycle trips and covered more than 80000 km (50000 miles).

In the Arabian Desert in Northern Africa
I organized several bicycle tours to Russia for touring companies The Touring Cyclist, Inc., Wandering Wheels, Jumping Goat Expeditions and worked as a guide and an interpreter during these tours.
In 1992 I was a speaker and represented Russia at the First Global Bicycle Conference "VeloMondiale" in Montreal, Canada.
